Saturday Morning Workshops

WEEKEND WORKSHOPS FOR RECONNECTING WITH THE PRACTICE,

COMPLEMENTARY ISSUES, AND FOR INSPIRATION

Every three weeks, a complementary Saturday morning session is offered from 9:30 to 12:30. This is a good opportunity for discovering mindfulness practice without commitment to a series, or as a refresher for practitioners to reconnect. You can use this opportunity as a wellness session, or as a source of inspiration and change.
These days include periods of sitting, Q&A and a talk. Mindfulness is healing to us as individuals, and also as families and couples, or as members of a working team.

A 20 dollar contribution is requested. Reservations are necessary as our space is small. An email message is sufficient.
